We are looking for a Web Software Support Specialist to provide support for a SaaS product.

We are a UK based software development company. Our team of remote professionals operate mainly in Europe and South Africa. We have a need for a full-time support specialist in the North American timezone. You will operate as an independent support specialist for our SaaS web-based software products in the North American market (remote support). You are expected to have a suitable tertiary qualification, 2+ years of previous experience and a CV that clearly shows your ability to assist our customers at a deep technical level.
